Born on Earth and moved to New Boston when he was 12, Went to the same school as Kal and also worked with his Dad.
After High School he was "Drafted" into The G.S.F. (galactic special forces) after roughly 5 yrs he and his crew were betrayed by a crew they were working with there were only 3 other survivors
